Grace Church received a grant from the State Historical Fund in 2002 for the renovation of the church building and the Snetzer building, adjacent to the church.  In 2006 it received the Stephen H. Hart award, recognizing its achievement in restoring both buildings, and citing the congregation for proving that "even small numbers of people can make a difference."
